The Product Implementations Specialist will be responsible for demonstrating, implementing, testing, training, and documenting software products for clients.
Additionally, this role will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth product implementation, comprehensive support during setup, and clear documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Orientation: Work closely with healthcare administrators and clinicians to ensure accurate system setup.
- Problem-solving: Resolve implementation challenges unique to healthcare workflows, such as admissions, billing, and referrals.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple facility rollouts including outpatient, specialty clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Clear Communication: Explain system functionalities to non-technical users in a hospital or clinical setting.
Technical:
- System Customization: Configure modules like patient records, pharmacy, and insurance billing.
- Project Planning: Design rollout plans that fit within clinical schedules and minimize patient care disruption.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare user manuals and client-specific customizations for clinical operations.
Leadership:
- Timeline Management: Align go-live dates with hospital operations like census periods and accreditation audits.
- Milestone Tracking: Track implementation KPIs such as claims submission readiness or system uptime.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with different hospital teams—like IT, compliance, training, and medical records—to make sure the system is set up and used properly during deployment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product or software implementation, preferably in the healthcare or healthtech industry (e.g., EMR/EHR systems, clinic or hospital software).
- Experience working with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT departments, with demonstrated ability to understand clinical workflows and administrative processes.
- Familiarity with health regulations and compliance standards (such as DOH standards, PhilHealth reporting, HIPAA if working with international systems).
- Strong project management capabilities — able to manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across departments during system deployments.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets (for import templates, migration tracking) and Google Slides (for client training presentations).
- Background in training and client onboarding, including creating user manuals and facilitating training sessions tailored to healthcare staff (e.g., nurses, doctors, admin clerks).
- Ability to manage multiple client rollouts, with flexibility to adapt to various facility types (primary care, specialty clinics, diagnostic centers, etc.).
Work Set up:
- Must be willing to travel and meet with clients personally (Transportation allowance will be provided).
- Must be based in Makati City (or within Metro Manila)
