We are looking for experienced Hospital Billing Trainers with strong leadership experience handling Hospital Billing accounts in either an actual Hospital setting or Healthcare BPO environment.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT:- Solid Hospital Billing experience
(Actual Hospital or Healthcare BPO Hospital Billing account)
QUALIFICATIONS:- At least 2 years Lead Trainer experience
- Experience handling and managing Trainers under a Hospital Billing account
- At least 1 year Trainer experience in a BPO setup
- Strong Hospital Billing background
- EPIC Platform experience is a PLUS
- Amenable to onsite work in Ortigas
- Nightshift schedule
- Can start ASAP
- Lead and oversee Hospital Billing training programs
- Handle Trainers and support training operations
- Conduct classroom and process training sessions
- Monitor trainee and trainer performance
- Ensure training compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with Operations and Leadership teams
