PHP 70,000 PACKAGE+ 10% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Leaders with strong Hospital Billing operations experience within an Actual Hospital setting or a Healthcare BPO account handling Hospital Billing operations.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT:- Actual Hospital Billing Experience
- Experience handling Hospital Billing accounts in a Healthcare BPO setup
- 2 – 5 years Assistant Manager or Senior Team Leader experience
- Strong People Management and Leadership experience
- Strong Healthcare background in a US Healthcare account
- Experience using the EPIC Platform
- College Graduate
- Amenable to onsite work in Ortigas
- Nightshift schedule
- Can start anytime in AUGUST
- Lead and manage Hospital Billing operations teams
- Drive team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
- Handle coaching, mentoring, and people management
- Support operational improvements and process excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, Training, and Leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with US Healthcare and Hospital Billing standards
