Salary Package: PHP 89,000 – PHP 90,000
+ 10% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL
We are looking for experienced USRN Team Leaders with strong Hospital Billing experience from either an actual Hospital setting or a Healthcare BPO account handling Hospital Billing operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Active USRN License (New York License Preferred) & PHRN
- Strong Hospital Billing experience in either:
- Actual Hospital setting
- Healthcare BPO Hospital Billing account
- At least 2 years Acute Hospital experience (ER / OR preferred)
- At least 1 year Healthcare BPO experience preferred
- At least 2 years USRN Team Lead experience in a BPO setup
- EPIC tool experience is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to Hospital Billing operations and workflows
- Amenable to onsite work in Ortigas
- Nightshift schedule
- Can start ASAP
- Lead and manage USRN Hospital Billing teams
- Drive team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
- Support Hospital Billing operations and process improvements
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with US Healthcare standards and client expectations
