About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Administrative & Social Media Support Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, written communication, organization, and social media engagement. You'll help support day-to-day operations while also assisting with content posting, online engagement, and digital organization.
We're open to candidates with 0–1 year of experience if they demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, organization, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize emails, files, folders, and schedules
- Assist with document management and administrative tasks
- Support social media activities, including:
- Posting content
- Responding to comments/messages
- Daily engagement and monitoring
- Create basic graphics and short-form edits using Canva and CapCut
- Coordinate tasks and updates using project management tools (e.g., Trello, SharePoint)
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records
- Assist with invoicing and basic administrative finance tasks as needed
- Follow documented processes and contribute to improving workflows
- Communicate professionally through email, chat, and internal platforms
- Strong written English communication skills
- Business-level English proficiency for professional written communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at time management
- Comfortable following instructions and documenting processes
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with:
- Canva
- CapCut
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Facebook and Instagram
- SharePoint and/or Trello
- Prior hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and Facebook/Instagram platforms is required
- Basic understanding of file management and digital organization
- Customer service experience (email/chat support) is a plus
- Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge is an advantage, but not required
- 0–1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Exposure to social media management or content support
- Experience working remotely or in online collaboration environments
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and shared workspaces
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and organisation
