Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality, brand-consistent visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including:
- Static posts
- Stories
- Reels
- Short-form video content
- Develop creative concepts and visual identities for:
- Social media campaigns
- Product launches
- Promotional activities
- Adapt design styles quickly to match platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices (e.g., TikTok short-form videos, Instagram Reels).
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to transform marketing objectives into engaging visual narratives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Social Media Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content (beauty/skincare industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in design and video editing tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma
- Canva
- CapCut
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and motion design.
- Deep understanding of what drives engagement on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly.
- Familiar with the Philippine beauty/skincare social media landscape (preferred).
