Job Overview
We are looking for a Channel Specialist – Digital & Social Media to support the execution of digital campaigns across B2B, B2C, and provider audiences. This role focuses on content publishing, campaign coordination, and performance tracking to drive engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities- Execute digital and social media content plans across B2B, B2C, and provider campaigns
- Partner with creative teams to develop and adapt content for paid and organic (earned) social channels
- Manage day-to-day content scheduling, publishing, and optimization across platforms
- Support the use of AI tools and workflows to improve content creation efficiency
- Track campaign performance and assist in reporting insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and compliance requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content operations
- Knowledge of social media platforms, paid media strategies, and digital best practices
- Experience with content management systems; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
