We want you to have skin in the game while we train you. You will start with a training salary at 15,000 PHP. There is a salary increment every 2 months of 1,000 PHP each. Meaning if you are hired in April this year at 15,000 PHP, your salary will be increased to 16,000 PHP IDR in June, 17,000 PHP in August, 18,000 PHP in October, 19,000 PHP in December, 20,000 PHP in February 2027 and 21,000 PHP in April 2027.AUTOMATIC! No if's. No but's! GURANTEED! If you can demonstrate yourself to be capable of achieving results and holding responsibilities, your progression could be accelerated and you will go beyond 21,000 PHP. However, we do not allow our staff to take a second job.
