Product Manager
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can own a product area end-to-end, driving clarity from problem to delivery, and ensuring that what gets built actually creates value.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution and decision-making, and is starting to develop strategic thinking and system awareness.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product outcomes, while leveraging AI to move faster and think better.
Beyond traditional product work, you are expected to have working knowledge of AI and emerging agentic approaches — understanding how AI tools can be used not just for productivity, but as part of a broader shift in how products are discovered, designed, and delivered.
You don’t need to be deeply technical, but you should be comfortable with:
- Using AI as a second brain for research, synthesis, and decision support
- Understanding the basics of agentic workflows (e.g., chaining tasks, context management, automation)
- Identifying opportunities where AI can improve product experience or internal velocity
This role is part of a broader transition toward an AI-first, agent-enabled product organization, where Product Managers are expected to continuously evolve how work gets done — not just what gets built.
Dutie and Responsibilities:
- Own Product Delivery (End-to-End)
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on impact
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements (PRDs, specs, or intents)
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers
- Make High-Quality Product Decisions
- Break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable decisions
- Balance trade-offs across scope, speed, and quality
- Use data, user feedback, and context to guide decisions
- Escalate with recommendations—not just problems
- Align Stakeholders & Drive Clarity
- Act as the main point of contact for your product area
- Communicate priorities, timelines, and risks clearly
- Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams
- Drive Product Discovery & Improvement
- Validate ideas through user insights and data
- Continuously refine the backlog based on learnings
- Identify opportunities beyond incoming requests
- Ensure features solve real problems—not just ship
- Leverage AI to Work Smarter
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis
- Improve speed and quality of product outputs
- Apply strong judgment on when to rely on AI vs human decision-making
- Continuously improve your workflow using AI
- Be part of a team transitioning to an AI-first product organization
- Work on high-impact, scalable systems (e.g., HRIS ecosystem)
- Strong focus on growth, ownership, and real product thinking
- Opportunity to evolve into Senior PM and Product Leadership roles
