As we expand our product portfolio in the Philippines, we are looking for a highly strategic and market‑savvy Product Manager who can champion product innovation from concept to launch.

• What You’ll Do

As our Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of Filipino drivers.

• Lead comprehensive market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive movements.
• Analyze market and consumer data to generate actionable insights for product planning.
• Define product positioning, competitive advantages, and key target segments for the Philippine market.

• Develop and execute product plans aligned with company strategy and market demand.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept development to launch—ensuring on‑time delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor product performance using market feedback and sales data to drive continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, production, and regional/HQ teams to deliver strong product outcomes.
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments to support successful product launches.
• Engage closely with distributors and dealers to gather insights and elevate customer satisfaction.

• Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate product financial performance and introduce cost-saving or revenue‑enhancing strategies.

• Communicate product strategies clearly with HQ executives, local leaders, and frontline teams.
• Support special projects and additional tasks assigned by management.
• What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Strategic Planning, or related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of Philippine consumer behavior, driving conditions, regulations, and market competitors
• Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative market research (data analytics, interviews, focus groups)
• Deep familiarity with Philippine automotive segments (sedans, SUVs, MPVs, passenger vehicles)
• Ability to develop and execute short-term (1–3 years) and mid-term (3–5 years) product strategies
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills; able to work effectively with local and international teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical, sales, and executive groups
• Results-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented mindset
• Automotive industry background strongly preferred
