About the Role
As a Logistics & Sales Support professional, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations — ensuring accurate quotations, seamless order processing, and timely communication across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and takes pride in accuracy and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send accurate product quotations based on customer requirements
- Manage order processing and coordinate dispatch to ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer inquiries
- Respond to general sales inquiries and provide product information
- Support invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM and internal system records
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in admin, sales support, or customer service
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Xero experience is an advantage (not required)
