Project-Based Site Sourcing Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project-Based Site Sourcing Associate to support our motorcycle dealership expansion initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and evaluating potential dealership locations through market studies, site assessments, and field investigations.Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, a passion for business development, and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and source potential locations for motorcycle dealership expansion.
- Conduct site visits, field surveys, and location assessments.
- Perform market research, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping within target areas.
- Evaluate site accessibility, traffic flow, visibility, and overall business potential.
- Gather and analyze data to support site recommendations and expansion decisions.
- Prepare site evaluation reports and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, developers, and local stakeholders regarding available sites.
- Monitor emerging growth areas and market trends aligned with the company’s expansion plans.
- Assist in feasibility studies and other site acquisition activities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in market research, site sourcing, real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
