Posted on 30 May 2025- Answer and direct phone calls and organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system and Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers and Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements and submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors and Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior
managers.
Qualifications/Requirements- Male or Female
- With or Without Experience on the same field.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Results and Goal Oriented.
- At least with Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year of experience on the same field or related.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong accuracy, numeracy and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and Trustworthy.
- Willing to render overtime and shifting schedule if necessary.
