  • Answer and direct phone calls and organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers and Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements and submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors and Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior

managers.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Male or Female
  • With or Without Experience on the same field.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Results and Goal Oriented.
  • At least with Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year of experience on the same field or related.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong accuracy, numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible and Trustworthy.
  • Willing to render overtime and shifting schedule if necessary.
