HR Assistant Manager

The HR Assistant Manager supports the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programs. This role assists in overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and activities.
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Support employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace concerns.
• Assist in the implementation of performance management programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning activities.
• Supervise HR staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and Philippine labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
