Job Summary:
The HR Assistant Manager supports the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programs. This role assists in overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and activities.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace concerns.
