Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 8 months experience in business development and account management roles within the IT services or IT staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as digital transformation, staff augmentation, managed services, and software development.
- Exceptional client management and stakeholder management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
