Trade and Events Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Trade and Events Coordinator to manage trade activations, events, and promotional activities across retail, wholesale, and digital channels. This role is responsible for coordinating event logistics, supporting brand visibility initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• Experience in events management, trade marketing, brand activations, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork when required.
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute trade activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and staff trade booths during industry events and exhibitions.
• Oversee in-store sampling activities and deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM).
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, permits, booth setup, and scheduling of brand ambassadors or promodisers.

• Manage merchant onboarding and account setup for quick commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales team on leads generated from trade events.
• Conduct field visits and store audits to ensure proper implementation of promotions and brand visibility standards.
