We are hiring - ACCOUNTING OFFICER to oversee the company's financial transactions and support the day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial and management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify cash collections, credit card settlements, and other payment transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of supplier payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
- Reconcile customer payments, vehicle sales transactions, and financing-related records.
- Assist in monitoring dealership inventory and related accounting entries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Support month-end closing, financial audits, and tax compliance activities.
- Coordinate with sales, service, parts, and administrative departments regarding financial transactions and reporting requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive, dealership, retail, or related industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting systems, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
