What We’re Looking For:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative work or Human Resources particularly Employee Relations is an advantage
  • Experience in Employee Relations, case handling, or disciplinary documentation is preferred but not required
  • Candidates without direct Employee Relations experience are welcome, provided they are highly trainable and willing to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
  • Uses sound judgment and problem-solving skills, often making decisions in a supervisor’s absence
  • Strategic thinker and proactive in anticipating needs or resolving issues
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand employee backgrounds, motives, and concerns
  • Ability to present information clearly and negotiate effectively with employees and managers across all levels
  • Professional handling of confidential and sensitive matters
