Architect Business Development Supervisor

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect with a passion for business development to join Community Creators, Inc. as the Architect Business Development Supervisor. Based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you taking the lead in driving the company's growth through strategic business development initiatives.

1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's capabilities and growth strategy
2. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
4. Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and pitches to win new business
5. Collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction
6. Monitoring industry trends and developments to identify potential areas for growth and diversification
7. Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall business development plan

1. 3+ years of experience as an Architect with business development background is a plus
2. Excellent understanding of the architecture industry and the commercial construction market
3. Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
5. Proven project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Degree in Architecture or a related field, with a valid Architect's license
