Talent Acquisition Consultant
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant supports the executive search team in identifying, engaging, and assessing high-caliber candidates for supervisory to senior-level roles. The role involves talent mapping, sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines to ensure timely and quality client endorsements, working closely with Talent Acquisition Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, SignalHire, Apollo, Seek, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Prepare clear candidate profiles and summaries for client review.
- Manage candidate experience and support recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in SharePoint, TA databases, and trackers.
- Monitor industry trends and talent market for effective mapping and search strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment consulting
- Exposure to multiple industries, with a focus on senior-level hiring
- Proficient in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple search mandates simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate and client interactions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and recruitment tracking tools
