 W.  R. Grace is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team while working U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Initiate, track, and manage interview scorecards and feedback collection.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media, recruitment events, and other engagement channels.
  • Partner with recruiters to manage candidate travel arrangements, background checks, drug screening, and onboarding logistics.
  • Assist in conducting recruitment compliance audits.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present recruitment reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day administrative tasks and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Review current recruitment and onboarding processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with new hires during onboarding to ensure they are fully prepared for their first day.
  • Manage purchase card and team expense transactions, including travel reimbursements, and streamline reimbursement processes in accordance with company and local requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in recruitment coordination, or 5 years of relevant HR experience preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting recruitment for U.S.-based or global teams.
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
  • Exposure to AI tools and digital recruitment technologies.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
