Talent Acquisition Associate - Support Hiring (Fixed-Term)

The ideal candidate has a good foundation in recruitment, enjoys candidate interaction, and is eager to grow in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hiring managers in understanding role requirements through intake discussions or job brief reviews
• Execute sourcing activities using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial candidate screenings (resume reviews and phone/online interviews) to assess basic qualifications, skills, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise screening feedback
• Assist in managing job offers
• Provide candidates with regular updates and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Support onboarding activities by coordinating start dates, documents, and pre-boarding requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-volume roles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (BPO, shared services, or corporate experience is a plus)
• Good interviewing and screening skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open requisitions with guidance
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and basic sourcing tools
• Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule and a hybrid work set-up mainly in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
• Amenable to work on a fixed-term employment of 6 months
