The Digital Content Creator / Social Media Specialist is responsible for producing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting brand growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and captions) across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Shoot videos and perform basic photography using mobile devices or cameras
- Edit videos and graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Develop and execute UGC strategies, encouraging customers to create and share content featuring MerQado PH
- Source, curate, and repurpose user-generated content in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor social media pages, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the community
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates
- Track content and UGC performance (engagement, reach, growth) and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with team members on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in content creation, video editing, social media management, or UGC campaigns (internships or freelance work accepted)
- Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube trends and content formats
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
