Urgent! sales representative with publishing experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prospecting and Identifying Leads: Searching for potential customers or businesses who might be interested in the products or services offered.
• Sales Presentations: Demonstrating the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
• Negotiation and Closing: Engaging in negotiations, overcoming objections, and successfully closing sales deals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and possibly upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
• Sales Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales and activities, preparing reports, and sharing sales performance updates with the sales team or management.
• Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other departments like marketing, customer service, and product development to enhance the overall customer experience and improve sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months Publishing Experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent time management, organization, problem solving, and computer abilities
• Amenable to work onsite and graveyard shift
