We are looking for an experienced and strategic Amazon Senior Analyst or Manager to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem—from DSP to Sponsored Ads to retail operations—and combines independent client-facing responsibilities with oversight of high-impact strategic initiatives.
You will serve as a key point of contact for our Amazon clients, providing tactical recommendations, troubleshooting campaign challenges, and ensuring campaign success.
Client Leadership & Strategy- Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon-related client engagements.
- Deliver strategic recommendations across Amazon DSP, Search, SEO/Store optimization, and retail operations.
- Lead campaign performance discussions, walk clients through functionality and features, and provide ongoing consultation and training.
- Develop campaign strategies from new business conversations and present proposals.
- Set up and manage campaigns in Amazon DSP and Amazon Search.
- Generate and deliver regular performance reporting, via email or calls/Zoom, as required.
- Forecast monthly client spend and contribute to revenue tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams on billing, onboarding, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for case studies and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Provide guidance on Amazon DSP, including tagging, policy compliance, and inventory strategy.
- Conduct audits and set up campaigns within Amazon Ads, optimizing for ASIN grouping, brand visibility, and the Buy Box.
- Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to derive insights and improve targeting and measurement (hands-on experience preferred).
- Coordinate with Amazon representatives such as Partner Development Managers and Programmatic Solutions Consultants to resolve issues and explore opportunities.
- Proven experience in Amazon advertising platforms (DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic and tactical decision-making abilities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Familiarity with Amazon policies, tagging, site implementation, and 3rd party ecosystem.
- Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and brand registry is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AMC or tools like Pacvue.
- Prior experience managing managed-service clients.
- Background in digital shelf management or retail consulting.
