FPA Senior Analyst

The responsibilities of the FPA Senior Analyst:
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets financial and operational data to uncover trends, variances, and key business drivers
- Develops and maintains standard and ad hoc reports to support performance monitoring, quality initiatives, and strategic planning
- Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities through data modeling and scenario analysis
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Prepares variance analysis with clear explanations of deviations from budget or forecast
- Identifies process gaps and recommends improvements to drive operational and financial efficiency
- Ensures alignment of all reporting activities with the ministry's mission, goals, and priorities
- Maintains accuracy and compliance in all reporting processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards

A successful FPA Senior Analyst should have:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Solid understanding of budgeting processes, variance analysis, and key financial metrics
