Allied Job Opportunities - Earn up to 35,000 monthly + 14th month pay

Qualifications:

1. College graduate of ANY allied health courses (Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Rad Tech, Med Tech, etc.)
2. With a minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience or CALL CENTER HEALTHCARE MEMBER ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE

1. Associate Graduate or College Graduate (Non-allied health course )
2. With a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience or CALL CENTER HEALTHCARE MEMBER ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE

NOTE: NIGHT SHIFT AND WORK ON-SITE ( ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY )

What does a Patient Care Coach do? They:

• Conduct Patient Assessments and Triage
• Educate on health, chronic health symptoms (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
• Follow up with clients/members with their Doctor's recommendation of care
• Coach lifestyle changes to clients/members to improve overall health
• Link to the nearest healthcare provider
