We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage contract and contracttohire roles in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in highvolume healthcare recruitment and be able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.

Your primary job function is to match qualified candidates to clients seeking professionals for a variety of job openings. Our Healthcare recruiting teams place candidates in the following areas:
- Physicians
- Advanced Practice (NPPA)
- Travel Health
- Nursing (RNLPN)
- Allied Health
- Medical Support
- Finance
- Operations
- Managed Care
A Day in the Life:
- Utilize innovative sourcing and sales strategies to attract top talent to both current and future job opportunities through our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Provide a personalized experience for each candidate based on their qualifications and longterm career goals
- Conduct indepth interviews to qualify prospective candidates (both active and passive) in accordance with clients’ requirements
- Manage ongoing relationships with senior leadership, the sales support team, payroll, marketing, HRbenefits, and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with job seekers to acquire market and industry knowledge, while also generating referrals and sales leads
- Coordinate the full lifecycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment
- Act as a career coach by conducting formal screenings, providing interview preparation, feedback and general guidance to job seekers
- Engage with your team as an active member of a collaborative, highenergy culture that we’ve established centered around communication, goal setting, and transparency.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (MUST HAVE).
Advanced English level (B2+); Spanish is a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple highvolume roles simultaneously.
Experience working with contract and contracttohire positions (this is a must)
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
