Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Maintaining filing systems (electronic and physical)
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Supporting other staff with administrative tasks
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
Assisting in project management and data entry
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
