Job Description

We are currently looking for anTECHNICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The ability to work independently and possess strong follow up and prioritization skills are essential in order to meet deadlines.
  • Responsible for filing tickets in iserve portal for any request from store/main office about email creation.
  • Email and Calendar Management.
  • Review of reports and correspondence, paying close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Filing of all correspondence and maintenance of project folders according to internal filing standards.
  • Organize and update project related documents.
  • Provide feedback to immediate supervisor on any progress and updates.
  • Perform any other related tasks assign by supervisor and management team.
  • Attend weekly meetings, take meeting minutes, and send out to the stakeholders.
  • Sales data gathering to present to the the respective supervisors.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any finance or sales course
  • Must have at least minimum of 2 years work experience experience as Technical Admin or Sales Admin.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Average to Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Knowledgeable to Pivot table and basic formulas in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Ave.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month

  • 13th month salary

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
