HR Operations Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management.
- At least 2-3 years experience in HR Operations/or HR Generalist. Strong working knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and timekeeping tools.
- Familiarity with government statutory compliance (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for filling up all vacancies in the organization's plantilla with suitable candidates following the targeted turnaround time.
- Responsible for accurate computation of salaries, uploading payroll register for timely release of salaries, and implementing benefits packages for employees.
- Responsible for providing various administrative support services to meet employee needs and to achieve the HRA Department's objective.
