Business Development Manager (FMCG Beverages)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence (e.g., new accounts, partnerships, channels).
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and high service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform business strategies.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals with distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics (e.g., sales growth, distribution, ROI).
Leading FMCG brandHigh Impact Role
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business development, key account management, or sales in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in food and beverages.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong network within modern trade, general trade, or foodservice channels is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
