About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven Business Development / Account Manager with solid experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) or Healthcare Insurance sector to lead our international growth and manage high-value client accounts.
This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, building strategic relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector across global markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activity.
- Lead the end-to-end cycle from prospecting and proposal development to deal closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, ensuring alignment between client goals and company solutions.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across financial institutions, insurance companies, and fintech firms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services or solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet industry-specific requirements.
- Ensure that service delivery complies with relevant financial regulations, data protection laws, and contractual obligations.
- Deliver progress reports, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts to drive incremental revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5+ years of experience in business development or account management within the BFSI industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and client retention targets.
- Strong knowledge of BFSI products, market landscape, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Existing network of contacts in the BFSI sector, highly preferred
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, Fintech, or consulting environments.
- Amenable to work onsite in our Makati office
