We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Assistant, you will support the Business Development department by conducting research, managing client relationships, and assisting in the development and execution of strategies to drive company growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to provide valuable insights that support business development strategies.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Help manage and maintain relationships with current and potential clients. Support sales and business development teams by preparing communication, proposals, and follow-ups.

Proposal & Presentation Preparation:

  • Assist in the creation of customized proposals, presentations, and other sales materials that align with client needs and company offerings.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support the business development team.

Reporting & Data Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date records on client interactions, lead status, and key performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on strategies and effective implementation of business development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of any business related course
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Good communication and organizational skills
