The Customer Experience Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout every stage of the property journey. This role focuses on understanding client needs, enhancing satisfaction, and building long-term relationships to strengthen the company’s reputation in the real estate market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to client inquiries promptly through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a professional and helpful experience
- Guide clients through property listings, viewings, and the purchase or leasing process
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations team to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience
- Handle client concerns and complaints effectively, providing timely and appropriate resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and updates within the CRM system
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Support customer satisfaction tracking through surveys and data gathering initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Assist in organizing client engagement activities such as open houses and feedback initiatives
- Manage and monitor memo requests, ensuring proper documentation and coordination
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or real estate support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.
