About the Role

We are looking for a highly communicative and empathetic Customer Relations Officer to be the face and voice of Eres Automotive Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring every interaction ends with a satisfied customer.

What You Will Do
  • Frontline Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via inbound calls, email, and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns with empathy, investigate issues, and provide timely, effective, and policy-aligned solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and brand loyalty.
  • Feedback Management: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and complaints into our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce/Zendesk) to help improve our services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Product teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer journey.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or a related corporate role. (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply!)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; able to explain complex details simply and professionally.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications (MS Office/Google Workspace).
