- Minimum of 7 years of senior-level experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in process mapping of current and future states with multiple stakeholders using Visio or Excel
- Experience in establishing a transformational, best-practice HR environment
- Proven ability to manage and lead an HR team
- Expertise in managing complex HRIS, including data management, reporting, analytics, and process improvements
- Ability to write clear policies, processes, and working instructions for complex HR issues
- Strong knowledge of up-to-date employment law and policy creation, including contractual and experience-based policies
- Demonstrated success in leading projects, creating project plans, and applying project management methodologies, lessons learned, and root cause analysis
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experience with a customer-centric approach
- Effective communication skills across various platforms with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
What You'll Own: Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Employee Experience- Deliver an excellent employee and manager experience using KPIs and feedback
- Provide expert advice and support on contracts, overtime, allowances, sickness, and policies
- Collaborate with Philippine and UK stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to employee
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners for onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and occupational health
- Recommend policy improvements to enhance manager and employee experience
- Lead system setup and integration for new or acquired employees, ensuring accurate rewards, benefits, and terms from day one
- Manage all employee lifecycle events according to documented processes, service levels, and legal requirements
- Process HR data for payroll and finance teams to meet KPIs and generate required reports
- Maintain and upgrade HR systems, including data conversion, security, workflows, and user audits
- Ensure accuracy of legal documents, including contracts, change letters, and termination letters
- Lead annual and monthly people operations tasks (e.g. medicals, NBI, pay reviews, bonus cycles, DOLE audits)
- Monitor and maintain system data quality through audits and regular housekeeping
- Deliver timely updates and rewrites of HR policies
- Keep process maps and training plans updated and aligned
- Ensure team members complete all required process and systems training
- Maintain accurate HRIS data for rewards, benefits, and contract terms to ensure correct automation and workflows
- Oversee employee health and vaccination programs, including annual medicals and flu vouchers
- Review and improve user experience based on manager feedback
- Recommend and implement process changes using current HR systems and tools
- Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and manage HRIS upgrades
- Collaborate with Finance Analysts to align people analytics with financial reporting
- Lead the transformation of the Philippine HR service into a best-in-class, one-stop advisory team
- Drive education, training, and development programs for continuous improvement
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing, trusted HR team
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team huddles, appraisals, and development planning
- Deliver training on employment law updates, organizational changes, and internal policies
- Promote a 'right first time' culture through effective coaching and knowledge sharing
