Human Resources (HR) Manager - ref. i0848623
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business direction
- Oversee onboarding, and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Drive performance management and employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws and internal policies
- Organize training and development initiatives for improved employee growth
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR reports
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill HR needs
- Lead organizational change and culture-building efforts
- Support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration (in collaboration with Finance/Payroll teams)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, with 1+ years in a managerial role
Experience in a start up company or BPO environment is a plus
Strong knowledge of Philippines labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with Zoho HRIS and other similar HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
Must be amenable to report onsite at Global One Bldg. Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
Must be amenable to work on a graveyard shift
