UKG Ready Human Resources Implementation Consultant

Position Description:

This is a functional consulting position; however, knowledge of the technical aspects of software implementations such as Data Import/Export, System Integration or Report Writing is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess outstanding customer service skills as well as strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering meetings
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to client
• Create and maintain requirements documentation
• Configure system components to meet customer requirements
• Participate in testing cycles
• Deliver training to administrators and end users
• Transition of customers to customer support

Qualifications:

• Certified or highly skilled in Kronos Payroll, TLM, and HR Modules
• Ability to drive and project manage clients to project dates while implementing the Kronos WFR product and effectively manage the client within the scope of the project
• Previous and successful experience implementing products such as: UKG Ready, Kronos Workforce Central, Kronos Workforce Ready, ADP Enterprise eTime, ADP Enterprise Payroll/HR, ADP Workforce Now Suite (HR/Payroll/Time/Benefits), ADP Vantage HCM Suite (HR/Payroll/Time/Benefits), Ceridian Dayforce, Ultipro Core
• Demonstrates and understands fiscal responsibility and accountability related to projects
• Strong client-facing customer service skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience working independently without daily supervision
• Ability to multi-task between different projects and clients

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
