This full-time Accounting Assistant role at JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC.' in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to support the company's accounting functions. As part of the accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

• Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and other financial documents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to gather and provide financial information

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
