The Opportunity at a Glance
We're looking for a Business Analyst / QA Engineer to join a leading organisation in the allied health sector that's investing heavily in automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
This is a hybrid Business Analysis and Quality Assurance role where you'll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to translate business requirements into well-defined solutions, validate system quality, and help improve the way technology is delivered across the organisation.
While exposure to Microsoft Power Platform is valuable, strong Business Analysis experience within Agile environments and QA/Testing are the primary priority.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Gather, analyse, and refine business requirements with stakeholders.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform functional, regression, UAT, or other structured software testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
- Support project planning, timelines, and delivery updates.
- Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through automation.
- Assist with Microsoft Power Platform initiatives including Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps where applicable.
What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
(Non-negotiable requirements)- Open to PH-based applicants only
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Hybrid BA/QA.
- Strong experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.
- Practical experience working within Agile/Sprint environments.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to formal software testing such as Functional, Regression, UAT, UI, or Unit Testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps).
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, or automation solutions.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with AI tools that improve productivity, documentation, analysis, or testing.
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
- Hybrid work setup | Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month only
