Customer Support Associate

What You’ll Do:
- Help Filipino customers with inquiries about cash loans and other financial services
- Communicate with customers via calls, chat, email, SMS, and social media
- Provide caring, professional, and solution-oriented customer support
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with other teams when needed
- Ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Native Tagalog speaker
- At least 2nd year college level
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Good written communication and grammar
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools and systems
- Can work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and empathy
- Good typing and multitasking skills
- At least 3 years related experience is preferred
Bonus Skills:
✨ Experience in finance or lending accounts✨ Knowledge in Jira or Confluence
✨ Back office or QA experience
✨ Can speak Cebuano, Bisaya, Ilocano, or other dialects
