Responsibilities:

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

  • Open to HS graduates (old curriculum) and SHS graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.

Visit us Monday to Friday, 9AM–4PM (except holidays) at:

  • Mandaluyong City: Ground Floor, Robinsons Cybergate 1, Boni Avenue (near MRT Boni Station)
  • Quezon City: 3rd Floor, Gateway Mall, Cubao (near LRT 2 Araneta Center-Cubao Station)
