Job Summary of a Project Architect

Responsible for project planning, design development, construction documentation, and site coordination to ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans, budget, and timeline.

• Meet with clients and conduct site visits for project requirements and measurements.
• Prepare architectural plans, As-Built drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Convert sketches and specifications into detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEPF, and construction documents.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor project costs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Prepare status reports and coordinate with stakeholders and owner representatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

2 years of relevant experience in the position.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, are advantage.

• A graduate of 5-years architecture degree or equivalent;
• Computer literate, knowledgeable to any architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Lumion & etc., above average communication skills, both oral and written. With knowledge and understanding of sales and negotiation from different suppliers and service providers.
