Junior Architect

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will work under the guidance of senior architects and contribute to various stages of the design and planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
• Support the team in developing project concepts and design solutions.
• Prepare 2D and 3D digital models, renderings, and technical drawings using design software (AutoCAD or ZWCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or Lumion).
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive project development.
• Assist in creating construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and details.
• Support project management tasks as needed, including coordination with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with architectural design software (AutoCAD and SketchUp at least 1 rendering software).
• Basic knowledge of architectural principles and construction processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior architects.
