Financial Analyst in Property Real Estate Sector

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting real estate transactions including investment sales, debt and equity financings, joint venture equity deals, and note sales. You’ll contribute to multiple phases of the transaction process including financial modeling, market analysis, preparation of marketing materials, and due diligence.
This is a dynamic role with high visibility and growth potential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain detailed financial models for commercial real estate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as offering memoranda, investment decks, and pitch presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support valuations and investment recommendations.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts including data collection, financial review, and document management.
- Work closely with senior team members to support deal execution and client communications.
- Monitor market trends, sales comps, and capital markets activity to inform investment strategies.
- Maintain internal databases and contribute to industry research initiatives.
