HR Associate- Employee Relations

About the role

As an HR Associate - Employee Relations at AGnP Corporation, you will play a key role in supporting the overall employee experience and fostering positive employee-employer relations. In this full-time position based in Kapasigan, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will work closely with the HR team to address employee questions, concerns and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related policies, procedures and best practices
• Investigate and help resolve employee grievances, disputes and disciplinary matters in a fair and impartial manner
• Collaborate with managers to address performance, attendance or conduct-related issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations matters
• Stay up-to-date with labour laws, regulations and industry best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in employee relations or a similar HR generalist role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
• Proficient in HR information systems and data management
• Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach
