We are seeking a Trainee - Customer Support in Makati City to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates eager to develop their career in customer service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• We are seeking to hire twenty (20) fresh graduates as Trainees within the next 30 days.
• Successful candidates will participate in comprehensive Banking Business Training, covering areas such as Loans, Treasury, and Deposits.
• The ideal applicant should possess good English communication skills, as the role involves supporting clients and customers on a global scale.
• Additionally, excellent typing skills are required, with an ideal minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and an accuracy rate of 95%, all while engaging in conversations.
• The position is full-time and based in the Makati City office (NCR) during the Day shift, with a schedule of 5 days per week requiring 100% in-office attendance.
