✅Qualifications:
- Open for Fresh graduates, Bachelor's Degree and Associates Degree
- Customer service background is a plus
- Experience in offshore service operations is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel).
✅ Responsibilities:
- Diagnose HVACR/refrigeration alarms based on SLA
- Contact customers via phone/email with accurate documentation
- Analyze alarm history and graphs for sound decision-making
- Update and confirm completed work orders
- Handle inbound/transferred calls as needed
