The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and growing express, international, and domestic freight sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives and competitive logistics solutions.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably within freight forwarding/logistics)
- Proven track record of developing sales strategies, generating leads, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, market trends, and pricing structures
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
